FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: system contains an intervertebral prosthesis (3) and an inserting instrument (1) with a pair of grabbing elements (2) which grasp a prosthesis (3) on the opposite sides. The grabbing elements (2) and the prosthesis (3) have additional prominences (18, 19) and dredging (15, 17), unequivocally defining relative position of a prosthesis (3), at least, in their AP direction (forward-back) and executed with possibility of relative moving of the grabbing elements (2) in the direction to cross-section longitudinal direction of the inserting instrument (1) and cross-section to AP direction (forward-back) the prosthesis (3) in gearing and with separation possibility. The keeping mechanism (20) precisely accepting the prosthesis (3) and having on forward party of prosthesis (3) aperture (26) with surfaces (37-41) for direction of the inserting instrument (1) in position of dredging in which additional prominences (18 is provided, 19) and dredging (15, 17) are ready for gearing against each other. ^ EFFECT: realisation of reliable implantation of cervical prosthesis with use of the inserting instrument. ^ 2 cl; 6 dwg |
