The ring (1) has two annular locking chambers (12, 13) staggered with respect to each other along an extension unit axis (XX') of a closed loop (2) for allowing locking of a biological organ by the ring at a level of two axially separated contact zones. Each chamber contains a replenishment fluid, where the chambers parallely extend with each other. The chambers are attached with each other and are formed in a free bidirectional fluidic communication or devoid of fluidic communication units between the chambers. An independent claim is also included for a method for fabricating an implantable surgical ring.
