Cosmetic particles comprise at least a base containing: at least one liquid fatty phase; and at least one non-emulsifying crosslinked organopolysiloxane elastomer, where the particles are non-spherical and have a hardness value of 25000-55000 Pa. An independent claim is included for a device for the make-up of keratin materials comprising a compartment comprising the particles and optionally a utensil for application.
