The wheel has a thermo-regulated air flow delivery device opened in a space between a fixed hub and a hub covering module (13). The space is formed to evenly steer thermo-regulated air on an entire internal periphery of a rim (2) of the wheel. The module is fixed on a fixed support portion (3'') by hooking tabs allowing a passage (20) between the support portion and the module. The rim of the wheel is connected to the hub by a spoke (4), where the rim and the spoke comprise an armature forming the support portion of the hub.
