A cap ply attaching device for tire is provided to improve the quality of tire as the tension of the cap ply is regularly maintained. A cap ply attaching device for tire comprises: a feeder(10) positioned in a molding drum(30) front in order to supply the cap ply(C); and a header part(20) for adhering to the cap ply, supplied from the feeder, to the molding drum. The feeder includes an unwinding roller(11) in which the cap ply is wound and a drive motor(12) for operating the unwinding roller. The header part guides the cap ply which has been being released from the feeder.
