A physical and health measurement device for students is provided to inspect many students within a short time by measuring the endurance capacity, flexibility, and functions of the heart and lung with a single device. A physical and health measurement device for students includes a housing(3) consisting of a first chamber(1) with a broad jump unit for measuring a standing broad jump and two second chambers(2) which are extended from the first chamber and have a step unit for measuring heart and lung endurance. The broad jump unit is supported with a winding unit in order to draw in and out of the first chamber. The broad jump unit is made of a flexible broad jump board with scales.
