The device (1) has a tubular part (3) placed in another tubular part (2), and defining a housing for containing an automatic sprinkling apparatus (100) i.e. pop-up sprinkler. The part (3) is mobile with respect to the part (2) between a retraction position in which an end of the part (3) is found at the level of an end of the part (2), and an output position in which the end of the part (3) is projected with respect to the end of the part (2). A helical spring (25) maintains the part (3) in the retraction position, and an actuating unit brings the part (3) in the output position.
