Process for preparing semi-solid comprising a base containing a powdery phase and an oily liquid phase, comprises: (a) laying a twin-screw mixer extruder on at least two consecutive sheaths; (b) introducing the powdery phase and all or part of the liquid fatty phase separately and mixing continuously; (c) optionally introducing the rest of the liquid fatty phase in the previous mixture; and (d) extruding the mixture by setting die placed at the outlet of the mixer to form semi-solid particles, where the liquid fatty phase introduced is structured in part by a structuring polymer. Process for preparing semi-solid comprising at least a base containing a powdery phase and an oily liquid phase comprising a structuring polymer, comprises: (a) laying a twin-screw mixer extruder on at least two consecutive sheaths; (b) introducing the powdery phase and all or part of the liquid fatty phase separately and mixing continuously; (c) optionally introducing the rest of the liquid fatty phase in the previous mixture; and (d) extruding the mixture by setting die placed at the outlet of the mixer to form semi-solid particles, where the liquid fatty phase introduced is structured in part by a structuring polymer, and the quantity and nature of the structuring polymer is such that the mixture obtained before extrusion is favorable to a homogeneous deformation through the die.
