An active micro-needle device is provided to transmit medicine liquid or to collect body fluids when necessary and to minimize the damage of a user's skin by being inserted into the skin and restored automatically. An active micro-needle device includes an elastic film portion, a micro-needle portion(11) and a driving portion(13). The elastic film portion is transformed in a direction of a thickness when force is given, and is restored when the force is removed. The micro-needle portion is fixed on the elastic film portion to make a tip part thereof face in the direction of the thickness of the micro-needle device. The driving portion gives force to the elastic film portion to transform the elastic film portion in the direction of the thickness, and removes force from the elastic film portion to restore the elastic film portion. |
