A chair supporting board is provided, which is easily combined with the original position rotation device and a support frame combined with a chair and is easily replaceable in need. A chair supporting board comprises: a bottom panel(110) which is equipped with first and second bottom grooves of the circular shape and in which a pair of lower stoppers are formed; a top panel(120) which is equipped with first and second top grooves of the circular shape and in which a top stopper is formed in order to rotate between the lower stoppers; a central axis(130) which is installed in order to axis-combine through the center of the top panel and bottom panel; a bearing(140) installed between the first top and bottom grooves; and a pair of springs(150) formed between the second top and bottom grooves.
