摘要 A temperature control device using temperature-sensitive insulation resin is provided to reduce a harmful magnetic field due to the electric heating element and to control a heating temperature by interposing the temperature-sensitive insulation resin between electric heating elements. A second heating element(4) is arranged in parallel to a first heating element(2). An interval between the first and second heating elements is insulated by the temperature-sensitive insulation resin(3). One end of both end parts of the first and second heating elements is connected to an AC power source through an SCR(Silicon Controlled Rectifier). The other end of the first and second heating elements is connected through a diode. The first and second heating elements are heated by flowing the current of the AC power source in the first heating element, the diode, the second heating element in a heating period with a forward voltage in the diode and the SCR. An operation power unit(11) is composed of a rectifier converting the AC into the DC and supplies the DC power for operating the control circuit. A temperature control unit(12) senses the current variation flowing through the temperature-sensitive insulation resin and generates the control signal. A signal control unit(13) receives the signal of the temperature controller and generates the control signal for operating the switching control device, and delays the operation period. A power control unit(14) receives the signal of the signal control unit and controls on/off of the switching control device. An overheating preventing unit(15) senses the abnormal rise of the temperature and cuts off a temperature fuse through the heated resistor when locally heating a heating device.
