A composition for cleaning and beauty including vitamin C is provided to offer cleaning and beauty for stabilization by using a binder and to offer the vitamin C can be gelation while maintaining acidity property. A composition for cleaning and beauty including vitamin C includes a binder consisting of 5~30 parts by weight of methyl cellulose, hypromellose or their mixture. A mixing ratio of the methyl cellulose and the hypromellose is 1:9-5:5. The vitamin C and a mixture are gelled with 40-70 parts by weight of water. The composition includes more 0.5-10 parts by weight of a vitamin C stabilizer.
