PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device in which a prevention function of inappropriate photography such as surreptitious photographing is intensified regarding the electronic device having a camera function. SOLUTION: In the electronic device, notification information asking for photography permission is transmitted from a transmitting part (Bluetooth radio transceiver part 100 of a cellular phone 40A) toward an electronic device (cellular phone 40B) on the opposite side, the notification information representing propriety of photography from the electronic device on the opposite side is received by a receiving part (Bluetooth radio transceiver part 100) and a judgment part (image output judgment part 108) judges whether or not the photography is permitted using the notification information.
