A wave dissipating block construction method and a wave dissipating block structure are provided to construct a concrete structure by applying the concrete one time and to recycle supports inserted in the concrete structure. A wave dissipating block construction method is composed of steps for setting a support member to be spaced at the regular distance from a retaining wall(S210), installing a support on the retaining wall and the support member(S220), applying the concrete between the retaining wall and the support member after settling a wave dissipating block on the support(S230), and forming a through hole by pulling up the support after the predetermined time(S240). |
