An in-car sensor assembly connecting structure of a cooling device for a car is provided to improve the productivity and to make the replace of the in-car sensor assembly convenient. An in-car sensor assembly connecting structure of a cooling device for a car comprises: in instrument panel combined with the in-car sensor assembly and having a holder(11) connected with a flange; and a guide boss(17) of holder fitted on an inserting hole(23) of flange and having an in-car sensor assembly flange(21). The in-car sensor assembly is combined with the instrument panel. The flange is inserted within the holder.
