A moving apparatus of a decanter for discharging supernatant is provided to discharge the supernatant according to water level and to prevent inflow of scum during processing waste water. A moving apparatus of a decanter for discharging supernatant includes a supernatant discharging unit, a buoyancy member(20) and a movement control unit. The supernatant discharging unit comprises an inflow pipe(11) and a flexible discharge pipe(13). An inlet tube is positioned in a reactor(3) of a waste water treatment facility. The movement control unit comprises a hollow body(31) and an air supply unit. The hollow body is installed in the inlet tube on a lower part of the buoyancy member. The air supply and a collect lines(34)(35) are connected between the hollow body and the air supply unit.
