A contact arm mechanism for circuit breaker can allow the cut opening of the contact arm by moving the contact arm mechanism from the closed position to the opened position. The contact structure(28) can be moved between opened position and closed position. The first mechanism is combined in the contact structure and can be moved between the open position and closed position. The second mechanism(24) can be operated between the first mechanism and contact structure. The second mechanism comprises the first linkage pair, the second linkage pair, the first spring connecting the first linkage pair, and the second spring connecting the second linkage pair.
