The present wire harness (38) attachment structure is a wire harness attachment structure for a lamp (1) attached with a wire harness (38) that connects a light source (2) and a switch (5). The wire harness (38) attachment structure includes light source-side fixing means (40) that has a clamp structure and fixes a light source-side portion of the wire harness (38) to the light source side, and switch-side fixing means (43) that has a clamp structure and fixes a switch-side portion of the wire harness (38) to the switch side.
