Moisture-absorbing multi-layer films and packaging made from same

The thermoformable multilayer film comprises a layer based on moisture absorbing material, a moisture-permeable layer based on biologically degradable polymers, a carrier layer and a gas barrier layer. The moisture absorbing layer has super-absorbent polymers, which are connected in particulate form embedded in polymer matrix or with a polymer bonding agent. The proportion of the super-absorbent polymer to the polymer matrix or polymer bonding agent is 1:10-10:1. The gas barrier layer is connected with a neighboring layer on an adhesive layer, and is an oxygen and water vapor barrier layer.
