A physical training apparatus includes a pad 10, the pad having a touch sensitive insert 12, a variable set period timer 22 and a counter 24 being provided to count the number of times the touch sensitive area is touched in a set period. Preferably there will be a display means 26 to provide a read out of the time period, a countdown of the period and a count of the number of touches. Switches may be provided for setting the timer and counter. |
