An organic light emitting diode is provided to reduce the loss of the light when the light is penetrated or reflected by using the semi-transparent member including a plurality of inorganic films. The second electrode faces the first electrode. The light emitting member(370) is positioned between the first electrode and the second electrode. The semi-transparent member(193) is positioned in the lower part or the top of the first electrode. The semi-transparent member forms the second electrode and fine resonance. The semi-transparent member has the same thickness as the first pixel and the second pixel. The semi-transparent member is removed from the third pixel.
