Footwear equipped with a foldable wheel device is provided, which enables to receive and use a wheel in a situation which is difficult to do roller skating like the stairs or very slant surface. Footwear comprises: a first axis in which both ends are fixed to the frame; a first rotary motion part of the cylindrical shape inserted in the first axis; a lever(140) including a secondary axis; a second rotary motion part of the cylindrical shape inserted in the secondary axis; a pair of wheel supports; a wheel holder(150) connected to the lever; a wheel(160) which is supported by a pair of wheel supports and is received into the frame; a first elastic member which rotates the lever so that wheel can be protruded from the frame; a first stopper(180) which restrains the lever; a first locking device; and a second locking device.
