A culvert and a water collecting well with a member having both a water permeation function and a drainage function, and a shallow layer method of a very soft ground using the same are provided to effectively infiltrate and drain surface water and underground water. In a shallow layer method of a very soft ground, a culvert(10) and a water collecting well(20) with a member having both a water permeation function and a drainage function are installed in a very soft ground(100) to remove surface water and underground water of a very soft ground formed at a sludge state at the same time. |
