The centrifuge for the fabrication of glass fibers, comprises an alloy comprising: carbon (0.45-0.55 wt.%), manganese (0.50-1 wt.%), silicon (0.50-1 wt.%), chromium (24.50-26.50 wt.%), nickel (9.50-11.50 wt.%), tungsten (7-8 wt.%), boron (0.005-0.015 wt.%) and cobalt (51.435-57.545 wt.%); and phosphorus (0-0.040 wt.%), sulfur (0-0.040 wt.%), molybdenum (0-0.050 wt.%), boron (0-0.010 wt.%), iron (0-2 wt.%), titanium (0-0.10 wt.%) and aluminum (0-0.05 wt.%).
