A speed response steering power change system using the lock structure of a steering column is provided to realize a lock function of the steering column and speed sense cornering force change the same time. A speed response steering power change system using the lock structure of a steering column comprises: a shaft(22) interlocked operating relative to the operation of a steering wheel; a lock ring(24) in which a plurality of fix grooves(24a) are formed in the outer circumference; and a lock bar(26) inserted in the fix groove formed in the lock ring in order to fix the shaft.
