This apperatus is a new creation called: Thunder Flex. The Thunder Flex Exercise Apparatus is easy to set up. First, the door strap has to be put on around t he door very carefully. When the door strap is tightly secure, on the door, close the doo r away from you. When you are in your office or in your bedroom, you can work out with Thunde r Flex. There are three D-rings in all, top, middle, and bottom. The elastic amber tubing is very easy to move from the bottom of the D-ring of the door strap, and this could be done also to the middle and top D-ring. Thunder Flex has two handle grips, and it can attach to the elastic amber tubing or it can detach from the elastic amber tubing. Each elastic amber tubing has a snape (clip) on both ends. When an Individual is working out with Thunder Flex, he/she can either stand towards the door or away from the door. Thunder Flex has two-foot straps, and the foot straps (foot harness) are eas y to put on. Once the foot straps are connected to the elastic amber tubing the individua l can do a number of workouts of their choice. Thunder Flex also comes with a belt and a head strap, and these could be used for different types of exercises. Over 200 exercises can be performed using Thunder Flex by moving the elastic amber tubing. When using the handgrips,more exercises can be done using the foot straps (foot harness), and by moving the elastic amber tubing up or down on the door stra p D-ring.
