CONTINUOUS PROCESS FOR PREPARING THERMOPLASTIC COPOLYMER RESIN HAVING EXCELLENT HEAT RESISTANCE

A continuous process for preparing thermoplastic copolymer resin is provided to improve the change of physical property of thermoplastic resin used as a matrix resin of the heat resistant ABS(acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene) resin. A continuous process for preparing thermoplastic copolymer resin comprises the steps of: injecting the mixed raw materials containing an aromatic vinyl monomer having alpha-methylstyrene, vinyl cyanide monomer and polymerization initiator in a plurality of reactors, and performing bulk polymerization; and removing the monomer which is not reacted by injecting the resultant in a devolatilization device through a transfer pipe.
