A guide lamp is provided to prevent a traffic accident by informing a following vehicle of a speed about a preceding vehicle. A guide lamp(20) is installed in a light shielding curtain of a median strip of a road. A aerogenerator(25) is coupled in a case(21), is connected to a printed circuit board, and generates a power by using an external wind force. A solar cell(22) generates a power by using a sunlight, and stores a generated power to a condenser. The power generated from the aerogenerator and the solar cell is delivered to a light source(23) under a control of a control part. A speed sensor(24) senses a speed of a vehicle. A signal of the speed sensor is delivered to the control part. The control part changes a color of a light source by selectively supplying a current to the light source base on the signal of the speed sensor. The control part, the light source, and the speed sensor are connected to the printed circuit board. |
