A combustion supporting agent and a method of manufacturing the same are provided to improve desulfurization efficiency and stability of medicines and to promote combustion of oil. A method of manufacturing a combustion supporting agent for removing sulfur oxides and carbonic acid gas generated in a process of oil combustion comprises the following steps of: manufacturing a sodium hydroxide aqueous solution by mixing 63 ~ 67 weight% of water and 63 ~ 67 weight% of sodium hydroxide(S100); mixing 28% of Na2B4O7-10H2O and 35 weight% of the sodium hydroxide(S200); mixing a hydrogen peroxide with the solution after producing the hydrogen peroxide solution by mixing water and the hydrogen peroxide(S300); mixing the solution of a step of the S300 and 21 weight% of a triethanolammin(S400); and mixing 2 weight% of potassium sulfate and the solution(S500). |
