COMPLEX OF CELL TRANSLOCATIONAL PEPTIDE AND MAGNETIC NANOPARTICULATES AND USE THEREOF

A composite of cell-penetrating peptides and magnetic nano particles is provided to secure high stability in comparison with existing viral peptide transporters and maximize effects of video diagnosis by aiming optimal targets. A method for preparing a composite of cell-penetrating peptides and magnetic nano particles comprises the following steps of: preparing a magnetic nano particle containing amino groups by reforming a surface of the magnetic nano particle with amino groups; mixing fluorescent materials to the magnetic nano particle containing amino groups to prepare fluorescent marker magnetic nano particle; and coupling a cell-penetrating peptide with the prepared fluorescent marker magnetic nano particle to produce a composite of cell-penetrating peptides and magnetic nano particles.
