A device for sensing duty signals of an EMC coil of a clutch for a 4wd vehicle and a controlling method of duty signals of an EMC coil is provided to check malfunction of the EMC(Epoxy Mold Compound) coil by sensing duty signals applied at the EMC coil of a clutch for a four-wheel drive vehicle. A device for sensing duty signals of an EMC coil of a clutch for a 4wd vehicle comprises: an epoxy mold compound coil(20) in which duty cycle signals of a controller(10) is applied; a distribution resistor(30) serially connected to the epoxy mold compound coil; and a signal sensing part connected between the distribution resistor and the epoxy mold compound coil. The signal sensing part measures voltage and delivers the measured value to the controller. The signal sensing part comprises: an A/D converter(41) converting an analog signal into a digital signal; and a microcontroller(42) which senses the signal of the A/D converter and delivers the signal to the controller.
