A natural composite compound is provided to offer functions for enforcing memory power and protection of brain cells without toxicity by preventing damage of the brain cells. A natural composite compound for enforcing memory power and protection of brain cells includes mixed herb extract. The mixed herb extract is manufactured by extracting a composition mixed with polygalae radix, acori graminei rhizoma, corni fructus, mori folium, mulberry of a rate of 1-10:1-10:10-40:10-50:5-40. The mixed herb extract restricts toxicity of nerve cells by L-glutamate.
