ALUMINOSILICATE MIXTURE FOR FABRICATION OF FIREPROOF, HIGH-STRENGTH GRANULES, FIREPROOF HIGH-STRENGTH SPHERICAL GRANULES AND THE METHOD OF THEIR MANUFACTURE

Fabrication of fireproof granulated materials designed for the use as proppi ng agents during oil and gas production by the way of hydraulic fracturing of the shel f. The inventions reduce the price of granules, simplify their manufacturing technique, achiev e stability of product properties. Kaolin containing Al2O3, within the range of 40-45 wt. % and not more than 5% of free quartz, and bauxite with the content of Al2O3 with not less than 60 wt. % of Al2O3 is used. Preliminary roasting of kaolin is implemented at 1400-1500 .degree.C to a water absorption not more than 5%, preliminary roasting of bauxite is implemented at over 1100.degree.C. Roasting of dried granules is implemented at 1500-1700 .degree.C; the following ingredients ratio is chosen, wt.%: roasted kaolin - 33-67; roasted bauxite - the rest, and the amount of Al2O3 in the mixture is not less 50%.
