An electromagnetic wave rice-polishing machine is provided to improve taste of rice by preserving protoplasm of the rice generated in a polishing process and to remove noise of the machine fundamentally. A method of operation of an electromagnetic wave rice-polishing machine comprises the following steps of: installing a case putting rice on a part of the machine; moving the predetermined amount of the rice to the case on reserved time with water or moisture; putting the moisture on an outer skin of the rice; spreading the rice tenuously after moving the rice to the case; and peeling the outer skin of the rice instantaneously by projecting high-frequency wavelength with high power. |
