A DSRC system, a vehicle terminal and a communication method using the same are provided to perform smooth data exchange without communication error in communication between road side equipment and the vehicle terminal. A DSRC system comprises RSE(Road Side Equipment)(10), OBE(On-Board Equipment)(30) and a purpose car terminal(50). The RSE collects traffic information based on a local area network. And the RSE provides a telematics service. The OBE exchanges data with the RSE. The purpose car terminal exchanges data with the RSE through the OBE.
