摘要 A numerical control system for molding a pipe is provided to descend a ram of a press knife by controlling a pressurization pressure of the ram of the press knife by a graphic touch monitor. A rotary encoder(110) detects a ram lifting position of a press knife for cutting a steel plate, and controls a lifting position of the ram. A digital pressure detector(120) controls a pressurization pressure by comparing a set pressurization pressure after detecting a pressurization pressure of a fluid pressure operation formed in the ram of the press knife. A main controller part(130) converts the ram lifting position of the press knife and the pressurization pressure supplied from the rotary encoder and the digital pressure detector into an analog value or a digital value. A graphic touch monitor(140) receives the analog value or the digital value, controls an operation of the press knife, and displays an error generated in operating the press knife.
