A method for manufacturing dithiol-metal complexes by suing microwave is provided to improve yield and to restrict production of by-products or analysis products by maintain inner temperature of a reaction container. A method for manufacturing dithiol-metal complexes comprises the following steps of: forming a mixture by adding cyanide and ethanol in a compound having an aldehyde group(S1); performing a first reflux generating an alpha - hydroxyl ketone compound(S2); extracting the alpha - hydroxyl ketone compound(S3); forming the mixture by adding P2S5 and dioxane in the alpha - hydroxyl ketone compound(S4); performing a second reflux forming the compound(S5); and forming dithiolene system metal complex by adding an MCl2.nH2O solution in the compound(S6).
