摘要 An automatic leveling control system of the heavy equipment and a control method thereof are provided to automatically level an upper revolving body about a lower frame. An automatic leveling control system(1) of the heavy equipment is composed of an input unit(10) commanding the leveling of an upper revolving body about a lower frame, a sensor unit(20) detecting the working condition information of the working equipment after measuring the torsion angle of the lower frame and the upper revolving body and the running speed of the heavy equipment, a display unit(30) informing a user of each twist angle, a control unit(40) transmitting this control signal to a main controller(52) after producing a control signal by computing the operation section of an actuator(51) for leveling control from the twist angle measured in the sensor unit, and a driving unit(50) controlling leveling with the actuator after receiving the control signal.
