摘要 A method for synthesizing nanosturecture of gold by using dodecamer peptides midas-1 to midas-12 is provided to synthesize the nanosturecture of gold environment-friendly and easily without using high temperature, and pressure and high toxic chemicals. A method for synthesizing nanosturecture of gold by using dodecamer peptides midas-1 to midas-12 comprises the following steps of: eluting phage combined to metallic gold powder by adding glycine-HCl after cultivating a metallic gold powder solution with the phage; amplifying the eluted phage with infection of E.coli and neutralizing supernatant including the phage into tris hydrochloride; separating the phage combined on a surface of the metallic gold powder by polyethylene glycol/NaCl; repeating a first or third step over 2 times; acquiring dodeca peptide Midas-2 for synthesizing gold; substituting each amino acid into glycine in the Midas-2.
