A chiller of chamber mold in cylinder head for low-pressure casting provides the effect making the cylinder head having the metal organization with a superior system property. A chiller(100) of chamber mold in cylinder head for low-pressure casting comprises a cooling block(110), a cooling air supply pipe(120), a cooling water supply pipe(130) and an exhaust pipe(140). The cooling block includes an inlet port(111), an outlet port(113), a supply terminal(116) and a plurality of discharge ports(118). The cooling air supply pipe is mounted at the inlet port of the cooling block and supplies the cold air in a refrigerating room(107). The cooling water supply pipe is installed inside the cooling air supply pipe and supplies the cooling water to the refrigerating room. The exhaust pipe is mounted to the outlet port of the chill block and discharges the cold air and the cooling water supplied to the refrigerating room.
