A blow molding method and a mold thereof is provided to increase joint strength in the surface of two sealed spaces by heat-treating a part, protruded by a separation film and a pre-form. A blow molding method for manufacturing a multi space container having a plurality of sealed spaces which are divided inside comprises: a step for arranging an open surface and molding parts(110,120), having forming space, to be faced to each other and inserting a separation film(130) into the combining surface of each molding part and forming a plurality of divided forming spaces; and a step for injecting pre-forms into independent forming spaces of each molding part and molding each pre-form.
