A starch toothpick is provided, which is not easily cut, improves softness, and prevents drooping phenomenon caused by being melted by water. A starch toothpick is manufactured through the extrusion heating, cutting, aging, and polishing after mixing fiber powder, gelatin, and starch. The fiber powder and the gelatin against the starch is mixed in 5~20 weight%. The sticky quality is improved and is not easily cut by mixing the fiber powder and the starch. By mixing gelatin, the drooping phenomenon caused by being melted by water is prevented.
