A sludge decrement transfer conveyor is provided to prevent the soil or the marine from being polluted even if a sludge cake is buried under the ground or spoiled to the marine. A sludge decrement transfer conveyor comprises a body(10) and a transfer screw(40). The top of the body is open. A sludge supply hopper(11) is installed at one side of the upper part of the body. A cake vent is placed in the bottom of the other side of the upper part of the body. While being installed inside the body and rotating with the torque of a drive motor, the transfer screw transfers the sludge. A plurality of through-hole(10a) for dehydration is formed in the body. A body washing device(50) is installed in the bottom side of the body in order to wash the sludge stuck between a through-holes for dehydration. The body washing device has a reversion motor(51), a one side lever(52) connected to an axis of the reversing motor and normal motor, and the other side lever(55) pivotally connected to an axis pin(53a) installed at the body. A pipe(53) for the washing is connected to the bottom part of the other side lever and one side lever.
