A variable speed operation structure of a vehicle is provided to operate change of speed while rapidly determining the velocity state of transmission. A variable speed operation structure of a vehicle comprises: a steering wheel supporting shaft installed in an operating panel(12); a bottom side proceeding and back path(54) extended to backward and forward of a car body; an upper side proceeding and back path(55) mounted near the steering wheel comparing with the bottom side proceeding and back path; and a flue path(56) communicating the bottom side proceeding and back path and the bottom side proceeding and back path.
