<p>A method for preparing zinc-based foamed bodies containing, in addition to zinc and the usual impurities, from 2 to 20 % by weight of aluminium, where said bodies are prepared from a foaming agent and a metal powder containing from 2 to 80 % by weight of metal powder obtained in thermal spraying, spray-compacting or regeneration processes of metals and/or alloys. Further is described use of alloys containing, in addition to zinc and the usual impurities, from 2 to 20 % by weight, preferably from 4 to 16 % by weight of aluminium, as well as up to 4 % by weight of copper, up to 4 % by weight of magnesium, up to 2 % by weight of manganese, up to 2 % by weight of titanium and up to 0.1 % by weight of indium in powder from for preparing metal foamed bodies, wherein from 2 to 80 % by weight originate from metal powder obtained in thermal spraying, spray-compacting or regeneration processes of metals and/or alloys.</p> |
