A mastication method of natural rubber is provided to lower the molecular weight of natural rubber, to increase mastication property while raising dispersibility with other additives and to improve properties. A mastication method of natural rubber comprises a step of adding alkylphenol disulfide 0.01~5 parts by weight as a peptizer based on natural rubber 0.01~5 parts by weight and performing mastication of the natural rubber 100.0 parts by weight. The alkyl group of alkylphenol disulfide is C1-10 alkyl group. The tire tread rubber composition the masticated natural rubber 100.0 parts by weight; and any one 10~80 parts by weight selected from silica, carbon black, calcium carbonate, clay, talc, muscovitum, illite, kaolin, tourmaline, elvan, amethyst, yellow soil and syndiotatic-1,2-polybutadiene. |
