THE CORBICULA FLUMINEA EXTRACT AND A MANUFACTURING PROCESS OF ONES HAVE EFFICT THE PROTECTING LIVER

Corbicula fluminea extract is provided to restrict chronic progression of liver damage by preventing liver cell toxicity, bile stagnation, lipoperoxidation etc. A method for manufacturing corbicula fluminea extract comprises the following steps of: shelling the corbicula flumine after washing 24 hours; grinding the shelled corbicula fluminea after collecting the corbicula fluminea; hydrolyzing meat of the corbicula fluminea at 50°C, a condition of ph7, and for 120 minutes; collecting oligopeptide by using an ultrafiltration membrane with the hydrolyzed corbicula fluminea; and drying the collected oligopeptide.
