An RFID(Radio Frequency ID) tag including an electromagnetic wave suppressing material is provided to realize good communication without respect to materials of an object to which an RFID tag having a loop type antenna is attached. A tag layer is mounted on a conductive loop type antenna and an IC chip formed on an electric insulating layer substrate. A tag is attached to an object. An electromagnetic wave suppressing layer is positioned between the tag layer and the object. The electromagnetic wave suppressing layer comprises a vertical magnetic layer pattern and a conductive loop type antenna pattern. A magnetic material powder paste is coated to form a magnetic layer pattern.
