A ligation tool for endoscope and endoscopic ligation system are provided to adhere the O ring for ligation to the end of the over-tube and omit the task for setting the ligature at the endoscope. The cylindrical body having the insertion lumen accommodates the insertion part of endoscope. The ligation O-ring for more than one is adhered to the end part of the cylindrical body. The releasing tool separates the O ring for ligation from the end of the cylindrical body. The lock mechanism fixes the cylindrical body to the insertion part of endoscope. The lock mechanism fixes the cylindrical body. The control wire separates the O ring for ligation from the end of the cylindrical body.
