Environment-friendly aromatic ink is provided to ensure color, fluidity of the ink, storage property, adhesion and erasability and to improve a learning effect in case of being applied to a marker pen. A method for manufacturing harmless and environment-friendly aromatic ink comprises the steps of: mixing titanium dioxide(TiO2) 5.0-15.0 weight% as water-soluble white ink, edible calcium carbonate 1.0-1.5 weight%, magnesium hydroxide 0.5-1.0 weight%, sodium hydrogen carbonate 0.5-1.0 weight% and starch flour 0.5-0.8 weight%; obtaining the pulverized material by pulverizing the mixture with an ultra bead mill to about 200-300 nanosize; mixing the pulverized material, natural ceramic aqueous coating agent 1.5-2.0 weight% and ethyl alcohol 55-65 weight%; firstly manufacturing sticky aromatic ink by boiling the mixture in a water bath at 100-120 °C for 30-50 minutes; mixing the aromatic ink, Daphne super hydro SV(lubricant) 3 weight%, polyoxyethylene alkylether 4 weight%, sugar fatty acid ester 5 weight%, acetone 9-12 weight% and dioctyl adipate 12 weight%; and mixing the mixture and aromatic colrant 5-10 weight%. |
